The shape of the DRS travelling wheel block presents a square shape, and each component works with each other to form a complete travelling wheel block device. The main configurations of the Demag wheel block include :housing,slider,double bearings,drive wheel,thread protector and cover.
Sizes
Demag wheel sets have 112mm, 125, 160, 200, 300, 400, 500 and other kinds of wheel diameters, which use advanced European design ideas ,greatly improving the working performance and extend the working life.
Wheel Type
This versatile system offers the best performance ratio, maximum load capacity (2.75 to 40 tons). The finely graded sizes (DRS 112 to DRS 500) ensure that the right device is selected for the appropriate application. According to the wheel type, the travelling wheel can be divided into three types: single flange, double flange and no flange.
