DRS wheels are designed and manufactured as modular travelling solutions for a wide variety of applications, whose wheels load up to 100 ton.

Wide Wheel Range

DRS wheel range provide optimum performance ratios for a maximum load capacity (from 5 to 100 t) with compact dimensions. Finely graded sizes ensure that the right unit is selected for the corresponding application. Besides a wide variety of travel wheel types from the standard range, special designs are also available to meet customer requirements.

Materials of the Crane Wheel

Wheel blocks is made of high strength spheroidal graphite cast iron(GGG70), the comprehensive property of which is similar to steel, with the features of high rigidity, toughness, and wear resistance, etc.

Wheel Block Shell

The shell of the wheel blocks are made by one piece casting.

Wheel Bearings

The bearing of DRS wheel blocks are deep groove ball bearing, which is durable, low maintenance, low friction, high maximum speed, simple structure, and low production cost, and high accuracy, etc.

• Span of crane the wheel block applied: 10.5m-31.5m

• Working class of crane the wheel block applied: A3-A6

• Wheel diameter of DRS wheel blocks: 112mm, 125mm, 160mm, 200mm, 250mm, 315mm, 400mm and 500mm.
