DRS wheel block system is available in a variety of shapes and designs such as DRS112, DRS116, DRS200, DRS250, DRS315, DRS400, DRS500, which are made of ductile iron (GGG 70), polyamide or polyurethane materials - each wheel has a load capacity of 2.75 to 40 tons.

• Demag travelling wheel block systems is combined with the reduce motor to form a complete travelling unit
• Thanks to the compact system design, the DRS travelling wheels have a high ground clearance - for the complete drive unit, the reduce box is specifically designed for the travelling wheel load. Horizontal steering wheel sets and buffers available in various sizes and designs (optional)
Simple Assembly
• The housing can be directly connected to the upper structure
• Due to the tight design and positioning tolerances of the housing, and the precise geometry of all planes, it is easy to connect the upper structure.
• The laser calibration system can be used to easily and accurately calibrate the DRS travelling wheel block system.
• Asymmetrical housing allows easy wheel replacement without the need to recalibrate top connections.
• The DRS travelling wheel block system can also be moved laterally and aligned (for top, end and pin connections) after being mounted on hollow steel and beams.
Low Maintenance Requirements
• Five connected sealed cast-iron housings securely protect the wheel from any mechanical forces.
• Large grooved ball bearings with lifelong lubrication, tapered roller bearing specification is JDRS.
• Self-lubricating ductile iron (GGG 70) walking wheels have low friction and high wear resistance.
• The wheel with the rim is integrated with the wear indicator for remote and intuitive diagnosis.
